Personalised programmes

The six-week and HYROX programmes are one-off purchases built from the submitted assessment. A JK PROFITNESS coach creates the programme, reviews it through the coach-approval process, then delivers the approved PDF through a private client link. Delivery is normally within up to three working days, excluding time spent waiting for essential clarification or clearance. Programme updates are separate purchases.

Online coaching

Standard Online Coaching is £130 per month and includes one weekly review/check-in session lasting up to 45 minutes. Performance Online Coaching is £180 per month and includes two weekly review/check-in sessions totalling up to 90 minutes. There is no minimum coaching period unless separately agreed. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date.

Client portal and check-ins

Paid online-coaching clients receive private portal access using the checkout email. The portal contains weekly check-ins, progress records, coach feedback and approved programmes. Check-in notifications contain no health details; the full response remains in the secure dashboard.

Personal training

One-to-one and compatible two-to-one sessions are £45 per hour at JK PROFITNESS, 70–80 Castle View, Castletown, Sunderland SR5 3DW. No gym membership is required. Sessions are arranged directly and booked week by week.

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to booked personal-training sessions. Late cancellations may be charged or deducted where the appointment cannot reasonably be filled. Distance-purchase cancellation rights and personalised-work arrangements are explained in the Terms of Service.

Health and safety

JK PROFITNESS provides personal training and fitness coaching, not medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or treatment. Where answers indicate that professional clearance is needed, automatic purchase will not be recommended.
